There is no maximum number of users, but there are guidelines as to practical minimum user count:
- Our robust infrastructure allows thousands of users to concurrently login to the platform, with no performance degradation.
- We don’t specify a minimum user count, but PPM platforms tend to be suited to groups of 30 or more users
- If your total user count is below that number, a simple Project Management solution might be more practical.
- Not all your users need to be regular users, or full-access users.
- It can be surprising who wants an insight into KPIs once a system goes live.
- Accounts, Senior Management, 3rd party collaborators can all be permissioned to see parts of your data.

We have a very transparent approach to pricing, but some elements of PPM software require discussion to provide clear costs. These include:
- Understanding how many of your common project type processes you want to automate
- Getting clarity on your expected number of potential users – to ensure the right discounts are applied
- Awareness of how you want to permission your user types – to ensure you only pay for access that’s required
- Whether or not you wish to integrate your PPM platform with 3rd party applications (and whether they’re simple or complex)
- The overall complexity of your deployment (e.g. a multinational company has different deployment needs to a 200 person SME/SMB)

- For all customers: Our class-leading standard support covers the vast majority of customer requirements and is included as part of your monthly user license fees. Where customers have complex or continuously evolving system management needs, Bubble also offers specialist Add-On support activity over and above standard Support.
- For customers with ongoing change management initiatives or very complex needs, also offer optional add-on levels of support that are designed to provide a higher degree of ongoing post-deployment collaboration and dialogue. These are:
- Extended hypercare: An optional monthly service that can be enabled or canceled at any time.
- Bespoke support: Based on a pre-defined activity or service that’s required as a one-off or infrequent basis.

Yes. Bubble support customers Globally using a range of support mechanisms. These include:
- In-app knowledge base
- In-app user ticket submission support for every user
- Swift ticket follow-up/resolution by e-mail
- Escalation path for all tickets that require more detailed support
- In-person calls with Bubble Support where necessary
- Regular calls with Customer Success Manager (CSM) and/or Account Manager for key customer stakeholders

Partially. Thanks to the wonder of modern technology, Bubble will always endeavour to respond to support requests that are submitted in a local dialect. However, our default global support language is English. We do this for the following reasons:
- It’s one of the most commonly used languages in the world
- We can more easily keep track of support requests using common themes/keywords
- It keeps escalation efficient for all tickets that require more detailed support (e.g. engineering investigation)
- Its impossible to offer native support for all 7,000+ languages in the world
Yes. Bubble PPM can support multiple language for UI components within a single customer instance. Benefits include:
- Standard UI translations for commonly used languages
- The ability to self-configure geographically specific UI translations to suit local requirements
- Users see UI items with available translations in their native language
- Supports alphabet and logosyllabic characters (glyphs) e.g. Chinese / Mandarin etc
* Note: Translations applies to UI components only. Customers will self define a default language for the platform, e.g. for written text fields that users type into.

Yes. Bubble often helps new customers migrate away from in-house applications, legacy solutions, and vendors that have lost sight of their commitment to customer success. Deployments can include:

- By providing quick access to a range of pre-recorded walk-throughs of key functionality (2-5 mins each)
- Delivering an in-person web based demo that takes into account your unique requirements (45-60 mins + quick pre-call to understand requirements)
