Bubble PPM is G-Cloud 15 approved Project Portfolio Management software
Following the biggest upgrade in the UK Government’s G-Cloud framework history, the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) has selected Bubble® as a G-Cloud 15 supplier on the 2026 iteration of its public sector procurement portal, the Digital Marketplace.
After the most thorough supplier assessment to date, evaluating each vendor on quality, technical proficiency and pricing, Bubble, a leading provider of cloud-based Project Portfolio Management Software, today announced it has been accepted as a G-Cloud 15 (G15) supplier.
How to access our current G-Cloud service descriptions and pricing

The digital procurement portal for the public sector
Launched in 2012, the G-Cloud Framework is a multi-supplier vehicle for the purchase of cloud-based IT Services by Central Government and the wider public sector. Developed to streamline the procurement of external digital services, it’s the only portal through which UK public sector bodies can access commercially available software and services.
Our G-Cloud 15 digital marketplace PPM software and services
Unlike its predecessor, G-Cloud 14, the G-Cloud 15 (G15) framework has expanded, combining several frameworks into a new five ‘lots’ for digital service listings. While this might seem counterintuitive, it brings 3 separate frameworks into a single commercial agreement, making it simpler, faster and better for public sector buyers to procure all their cloud requirements in one place.
- Lot 1a – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
- Lot 1b – Infrastructure and Platform services.
- Lot 2a – Infrastructure Software as a Service (iSaaS).
- Lot 2b – Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Lot 3 – Cloud Support Services (additional professional and support services)
Bubble applied to provide Software as a Service (Lot 2b) and Cloud Support services (Lot 3), and successfully achieved both.
The G-Cloud 15 framework marks Bubble’s 8th consecutive, and successful, application to the UK Government’s flagship Digital Marketplace.
