Are you our perfect candidate?
More than anything, we’re looking for that responsive, resilient and collaborative someone who adds to the creativity of our current team.
Naturally you design and build high quality software to create secure, efficient, and reusable solutions. But more than that, you get under the skin of problems and existing code, really figuring out what makes it tick instead of skating over the surface looking for the fastest route to a fix. You enjoy the unfamiliar and new, pushing yourself to climb an initially steep learning curve in a supportive, open and sharing team.
You embrace structured agile processes to drive collaboration that gets to the very best outcome, thoughtfully iterating improvements as new understandings of the problem domain emerge.

We’re based in Cambridge and London UK, but because of Covid, for the foreseeable future we will be remote working. We work hard with the best tools we can find to support one another and keep our team culture thriving, as well organising meet ups in Cambridge or London around once a month when circumstances allow.
